HMRC - London Riots
The London riots during the summer of 2011 were a busy time! During the unrest various courts drew lots of attention from the rioters and a lot of windows were broken.
Our glaziers worked around the clock to ensure the level of disruption to HM Court Service was reduced to a minimum allowing the courts to remain open providing a near normal service.
In the pictures you can see our glaziers carrying out a wide variety of replacement glazing to numerous court buildings throughout London. We carried out a wide variety of replacement glazing relating directly to the London riots.
Due to the volume of enquires received during the unrest we dedicate our services solely to our account customers ensuring our customers continued to receive our usual high level of service despite these unusually busy times. These works had various order values and were completed on behalf of Her Majesty’s Court Service via Sykes and Sons Limited.
